Quick De-escalation Strategies for Angry Customers

This is a Rise 360 demo I created since I'm not at liberty to share work I've done for either universities or the research group I worked for.

I began teaching myself Rise 360 while I was looking for work and I never completed an actual demo once I was gainfully employed. The two Articulate demos were easy because I had handy SMEs - my friends in dog rescue and my photographer husband. This was before AI was so robust and reliable. I've dealt with difficult and unresponsive SMEs before, but none as difficult as myself.

When opportunity presented itself, I jumped back into Rise and found there is an AI assistant. Who knew what a game changer AI with Rise could be? AI can be the SME. It was crazy quick to make even with the customizations I did.

I kept most of the default AI input, but I tweaked the theme, put bold on some key words throughout, and added some knowledge checks. It's quite simple to take all the block text in and the blocks and have AI narrated that text. Useful, but I chose not to use it for this lesson.
